Instructions to the candidates regarding the examination center.
It is mandatory to reach the examination center 45 minutes before the first paper and 30 minutes before the remaining papers. Smoking is prohibited in the exam room. Also, disciplinary action will be taken against the candidate who behaves rudely and rudely according to the rules.
Bringing material that can be copied into the examination center is prohibited and mobile phone or any communication device or weapon is also strictly prohibited. Write the roll number in the space provided on the answer copy. Writing in any other place is prohibited. Also, immediately after receiving the question paper, write the prospective application number in the corner. On the answer copy, write the V question number which is mentioned in the question paper and on the answer copy, the question and the answer to all its components should be written in one place.
On each page of the answer copy, write the answer on both sides in such a way that a line is left blank.
After the candidates have completed the answers, write the original words or additional words and fill in the blank spaces. It is an offense to tear off the reply copy. But the candidate will not be allowed to leave the exam up to one hour after the distribution of questions and in the last fifteen minutes. If the candidate wants to leave the exam room after finishing the paper one hour before the end of the question paper, then the question papers must also be submitted along with the answer copy.
The use of general and scientific calculators will be allowed in the exam and the use of computerized calculators will be prohibited. Hopefully, all the necessary items like a ruler, pencils, scales, geometry books, calculators, etc. will be kept in Bharwala, while exchanging these items with each other will not be allowed.
Students are expected not to write any obscene words on the answer copy and not to make any kind of plea or appeal to the text otherwise they will be penalized as per prevailing rules.
The candidate is informed that there is no legal status to drop any person. Students should solve the questions only as per the required number and avoid solving excess questions otherwise it may affect the student's result.
Students should take special care not to repeat the same question. If it is necessary to do so, then cut that question together first, otherwise marks will be given for two questions after solving them first. A candidate can put only one margin on each page of the answer copy. Margins on both sides are prohibited.
Use a blue or black ink ball point while solving the problem. In case of use of ink type (Fountain Pen) only kai political should be used.
Candidates are required to immediately inform the Board before the commencement of the examination in case of any mistake in their photo essays and identity mark and get the required correction done. Hussain Omidwar is not allowed to take the exam from any other examination center other than Alat Shadwa Center under any circumstances. If he does so, action will be taken as per Borya Laws.
